Flesh Engine

A mysterious disease has befallen the land: organs have begun to rapidly deteriorate. Organ trade now runs rampant, benefiting only those with the money to pay. As usable organs continue to run dry, the sinister Church of the Beating Heart has begun to experiment with bodies that can regenerate. Victim of the churches experiments, you are able to take organs and use them as your own. 

Fight through a city built by flesh and made of blood. Rip organs from the church's followers and make sure than no one else is able to suffer the life of a flesh engine.
